Why flat pricing

Because usage fees punish growth.

Most WMS pricing scales with your orders, your users or your SKUs — so the better your business does, the more your software costs. We priced SKUWarden the way we wished someone had priced it for us.

One number to budget

£200 a month covers the standard system however busy your warehouse gets. Ship ten orders or a thousand — the invoice doesn't change.

Questions

Pricing questions, answered straight

Is £200 per month really the whole price?

Yes. The standard plan is £200 per month, flat. No per-order fees, no per-user fees, no charges for extra Shopify stores on the standard integration. If you need something custom-built, that's the bespoke plan instead.

What does a bespoke plan cost?

£1,000 per month, flat — covering custom integrations, tailored workflows and unusual requirements. Same philosophy as the standard plan: one number, no surprises.

What's included in the standard plan?

The full warehouse management system: purchase orders, goods-in, bin locations, barcode picking and packing, dispatch with Royal Mail Click & Drop labels and manifests, stock takes, the append-only stock ledger, live Shopify sync and POS sales tracking.
