Who we are
SKUWarden is warehouse management software made by Caprani Co. ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for information collected through this website (skuwarden.com). For anything privacy-related, email support@skuwarden.com.
What this website collects
Support and feature-request form: your name, email address, and the details you write, plus the type, system area and criticality you select. We use this to answer you and to run our support queue. It is stored in our ticket system (or our support mailbox if you use the email fallback) for as long as the enquiry, and any account it relates to, remains active.
Emails you send us: if you email hello@ or support@, we keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to help you.
Server logs: our web server records standard technical logs (IP address, browser user-agent, pages requested) for security and reliability. These are kept briefly and are not used for profiling.
What this website does not do
No cookies. No advertising or analytics trackers. No third-party scripts, fonts or embeds — every asset on this site is served from skuwarden.com. The animated logo intro stores a single flag in your browser's sessionStorage so it doesn't replay on every page; that flag never leaves your device and disappears when you close the tab.
The SKUWarden application
The app at app.skuwarden.com processes customer warehouse data (products, stock, orders) under the agreement between us and the subscribing business. That processing is governed by your customer agreement, not this website policy.
Legal basis and your rights
We process form submissions and emails on the basis of legitimate interest — responding to the enquiry you sent us. Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you: email support@skuwarden.com and we'll act on it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We won't quietly add trackers — no-third-party is a design decision, not an accident.
