Watch Your Stock. Master Your Warehouse.
Support from people who know the floor.
Tickets, feature requests and account changes all land with the people who actually build SKUWarden — not a call-centre script.
Support channels
Submit a ticket
Something broken, stuck or confusing? The form below puts a ticket straight into our support dashboard and gives you a ticket number to track replies against.
Request a feature
SKUWarden is built from real warehouse requests — most features started life as one. Tell us what your floor needs and why, and we'll give you a straight answer on whether and when.
Manage your plan
View your plan, billing details and invoices — or cancel — from your account page in the app. No retention maze, no phone call required.
Tickets & feature requests
Tell us what you need.
One form for both — pick the type and give us the detail. You'll get a ticket number, and replies land in your email and on your ticket page. Logged-in customers can also raise tickets from inside the app, attached to their account automatically.
If you leave
Cancel in two clicks. Then we'll ask why.
You can cancel any time from your account page and it takes effect at the end of your billing period — no lock-in, no hoops. Every cancellation is flagged straight to the founder, and we follow up personally: if SKUWarden stopped working for your warehouse, that's something we want to fix, not hide from.
Your stock stays yours
Before you go, you can export your products, stock levels and full ledger history. Frustration with locked-in software is why SKUWarden exists — we're not going to repeat it.
What to expect
How support works here.
| You send | Where it goes | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Support ticket | The team that builds SKUWarden | Investigated and answered — with a fix or a workaround, not a template |
| Feature request | The product backlog, reviewed by the founder | A straight yes, no, or "here's when" — and credit when it ships |
| Cancellation | Flagged directly to the founder | A personal follow-up to understand what went wrong |
